I had itunes charge me .99 for while.......I bought an iphone 7+ and I do not want itunes charged to my account anymore. The phone company that I bought my phone said they would take it off my phone. Let you know that I did not want it, I got charged again this month and I do not want it. Please credit my account and no more charges on my bill.

I have two ITUNES charges appearing on my account. I believe when my phone had an update it asked for my CC for the cloud update. I already have ITUNE charges being deducted on a different card. I have an unauthorized charge from itunes on 11/08/2017 for 10.66. i had been notified my icloud storage was almost out but I had not authorized an upgrade. I am not on an automatic upgrade. Please refund my money and do not make any further drafts from my account

I charged 2 separate Paradise Island 2 to my Paypal account in the amount of 2.13 on Oct 18 and the 20 for a.total of 4.26 and I called y'all to tell u that it had.been deducted from my account and ive got proof that it was payed.

i have 5 charges 4 @ $25.00 and 1 @ 49.99 and a charge for $0.36 all on 9/28 on my credit card and i don't even have an i phone and do not use i cloud and no one in my family made any purchases.

I had a charge on my banking account for $13.90. I know no one in my family made any purchases for iTunes. I need to know if this a fraudulent charge so I can take care of it thru my bank. I really hate that I can not talk to a live person on iTunes!!!

I'm getting billed (4 times now) for iTunes. Did not authorize this and do not want iTunes. I don't think I want the IPhone anymore. STOP charging me $8.99 every week. Don't know what it's for and I don't want it.

I have had 3 unauthorized charges using my account. On 9/08/17--Slimware Scam for $29.97, on 9/20/17 --ITunes for $11.85 and today,9/21/17--Apple Store Order ID for game $49.99. I did not authorize any of these purchases.

It shouldn't be this hard to cancel a subscription to something I didn't purchase. On my bill this month August, I was charged $21.44 and I already get U. S. Discovery from Ancestry for $19.99. I placed an order on 08/06/2017 for $7.99 only to have a debit charge of $12.73 come out of my account on 08/18/2017. I need to know why the difference in the amount. I expect a refund of $4.74 immediately. You also need to come up with a phone number you can get someone to answer and not just a stupid recording that hangs up when its finished. I am looking forward to my refund by August 23rd at the latest or I will file a BBB claim.

I have been Charged $49.99 two times yesterday 08/16/17 , i didn't have any purchase made , i never buy anything on my phone , don't trust. Please credit this money back to my account and hope this not happen again. This was not only charge i been geeting every month you guys been charge at list $50.00 for the past 4 months . HOPE THIS CAN BE FIX SOON ITS POSSIBLE.
