I want the apl iTunes charges to be discontinue on my credit card. I did not authorize these charges to be used via my cell phone billing. I have 4 lines on my AT&T bill. Not one of them have authority to charge any cell phone apps to this primary account. The number to call on the credit card bill is not helpful!!!!!! when you are trying to stop the charges on your bill. Please call me at 225-276-6072 to stop these charges from any cell phone under my primary account.

I have had 3 separate charges totaling $70 which I didn't approve. please remove these and I will be filing fraud charges with my bank on the 3 charges. Maryln

I have been billed .99 for many months. I need this stopped asap. This has put my account in the red. If this continues I will call the district attorney in my area and start proceedings to get this to court.

I do not own any Apple product, have not authorize any withdrawal from my account. I have an android product. Why is there no live person to talk to, evidently you are aware of this issue. Please credit my account back. Please give me a call, seem like you have gotten my information illegal anyway so you should have my phone #. The message on your phone states something about cloud, I don't know what it is, I have no account also. Please give me my money back, that was my bill money you took. there was a charge of $26.05 taken out of my account on April 30th. I have not ordered anything nor have I renewed any subscriptions. I want a refund for this amount and this reported as fraud.

Folks, log into Itunes on your PC and go to Account at the top, then click on 'View my Account' and then click on Purchase History'. You will see your purchases and can report the transaction issue and get your money back. However, if someone elses device is using your account, you will need to view the history on that account.

i just made a purchase for 4.99 and it showed on my account for 34.96. this is fraudulent. Please explain this difference in price. I have noticed this happening frequently on my bank statements.

I have been charged $88+ in March. I never bought chips for this high amount. I did at one time tried to buy a pkg for 59.99 for 800M chips. I was charged but never received the chips!

I have a unauthorized purchase of movie or shows that appear on my bank statement please cancel any subscription from iTunes store, my grandbaby had my phone and she was looking at all the shows and movie on iTunes I just notice that she click on some of them because it took 11.98 out of my account I try to get the bank to stop payment but they could not do so I also try to call the phone number but I am unable to talk to any on please refund the money because I did not purchase any of the shows that I found out she click on when she click the show I did nit think it would purchase. Please help email me went some information on how to get my refund and cancel everything in iTunes store.
