I have a charge on my Visa for $10.99 That i did not Charge. I go to My account in my Bank and see ITune trying to charge my card . Yesterday it was Pending and i said I haven't Charged anything. I waited until today and Called and Disputed it with my Visa Card. The number they have on your charge sends you to the internet not talking to a person .

I contacted Apple about being charged $2.99 a month, I have never used or charged anything. I asked that this charged be stopped or cancel. I received a email from CancelWizard, they said that they assist in cancelling the Itune for a fee of $25.00

I also want to make a complaint. I have been checking my checking acct for this month and since Oct 18,2016 I have had 5 different transactions totaling $34.92. I would like a total refund now!!!! as I read many complaints from many others this makes me wonder if I should be concerned enough to cancel my accounts!!!!!

I was charged 11.72 on my debit card but I did not received all the gems I only recevied 42 gems for the $1.99 and then it charge me twice for the $4.99 but I did not recevied the gems and I only wanted one $4.99 but on my statement it has them all together as one charge on Nov. 7th, 2016 could you please refund one $4.99 and give me the 120 gems for the other. I am getting a bill for 99cents a month and don't know why. I tried to call to stop this charge but I referred me back to this sight. They also say you have to know from what device you charged it but I no longer have the iPhone it was charged to. I havn't had this for 8 months.

on 7 -17-2016 I was charged for 79.68 for iTunes.com/bill I never signed up for it . my kids looked and this was an illegal charge put on my bill. I am in my 70s and don't even buy songs or whatever else you sell obvious many people are getting this charge. get it off my bill now please.. or we will have to look further into all these illegall charges everyone is getting.

You continue to bill my VISA account for monthly charges for ITunes music. I have never used ITunes music and don't ever want to. I have informed my Visa account that these and any future charges will be disputed. Apple's reputation has been more tarnished since the death of Steve Jobs. Keep it up and you will lose whatever Goodwill you think you have.
