I have been charged every month and some items twice, that I did not authorize, I start checking on this last month with charges and still have more this month please remove this and I want my money back on card please

Every month I am being charged on my credit card for iTunes, which I have never used. Of course I can't get a live person on the phone, I want this to stop and also be reimbursed for the past months charges. I have already begun legal actions.

I HAVE BEEN BILLED THREE TIMES FOR 1.99. NOT SURE, MIGHT HAVE BOUGHT IT ONCE, BUT IT IS BEING BILLED 8/18,8/23, and 09/13. Please credit this amount.
