LogMeIn continues to rob my bank account for charges never made. I have never signed up for services, I have filed complaints with my bank and had the charges reversed, and I have attempted to contact the company which says they cannot find my account or billing. I have even changed my bank account information.

The merchant can be reached at (866) 478-1805. Good luck in canceling the charge, and please let us know what was the outcome.

This post is untrue.. LogMeIn does not charge people's banks accounts and it never asks for a credit card unless someone specifically signs up for a paid service. Mr. Cawley is being charged by another company, not LogMeIn.

well it is true for me.. I never set up a account with these guys and they took 163 bucks how they got my cc and email i would like to know.. started the process to get my money back cancelled that card what a real hassle. i am done putting my number into the internet.. if they don't do paypal i am done

The amount of £50.34 was taken from our school account by logmein We do not wish to continue with logmein but this amount was taken ;without authorisation and any paperwork being submitted to us. We authorised this service a couple of years ago when our Deptuty Head was on sabbatical in Australia but no longer wish to continue.
