10/29/15 I was reviewing my business bank account and noticed a $34.18 charge from WMVchemistry.com against my card number. Knowing I didn't authorize the charge, I tried calling chemistry.com and couldn't reach an actual person. Called my bank and had the card cancelled and blocked against any further charge attempts. Next will be a report with BBB and credit reporting companies.

See a pending transaction of $34.99. Never been on their website and do not need help with dating. Currently calling my bank to dispute the charge and then cancelling my card. I even got the chip recently, so that obviously did not help!

There has been a charge on my master card that was not authorized by me..Either put money back or my Lawyer will be in contact with you ..You are liable for heavy fine..

I have been notified of a payment of $34.99 dated February 6th, 2017 and today in US is the 5th. I did not know who they are and never authorized this transaction.I have immediately called my bank and have a new cc on the way.

I had never even heard of them until I was notified by my credit card company that there may have been a fraudulent charge. Glad they were on top of it. It does show that there must be a big problem if triggers a flag.

They charged my card 38 dollars on the wmv chemistry. I've never made a charge with this place.

I have been charge the unauthorized amount of $34.99 by WMV Chemistry.com I'm very upset about this situation because I don't even know who is WMV Chemistry.com I can't even find a number to call and ask why they did charge.

77.94 was taking out of my bank account that i had nothing to do with i do not even kno what this website is callled .

Same thing - my B of A account reads: >>> Transaction layer CHECKCARD WMV*CHEMISTRY.COM 866-610-6338 ON 08/19<<< I'm broke as well so I hope this gets reversed soon. B of A claimed a "secondary card" was used but I have the other card in my possession. Chemisty.com could not find actual card#.

I did not authorize you to use my credit card..Deactivate my account with firstmet..told them I met wonderful gentleman..So whats this charge over $100.00 Want to get lawyer to see into this matter or refund my money..Do not ever use my credit card to make you rich..reimburse or I well lay charges againt you and your company.. I saw today a random charge of 37.50 $ on my account, I didnt even know that this existed. Filed a claims report with my bank. will be leaving a bbb report as well.

Unauthorized charge of $34.99 appeared on my bank account yesterday from WMV CHEMISTRY.COM. Calling the bank today to see what I have to do to get it refunded.

WMV*CHEMISTR 866 610 6338 TX Charge for $34.99 appeared on 4/1/2015 ---- as pending Called Bank Fraud Department. Closed (debit) card. Filed a claim. Bank said they may send some paperwork to fill out and I should hear back within 10 days. Also emailed [email protected] as suggested but have not received an answer. In reading some of the posts, some of you signed up for some kind of a service. What did you sign up for? Where?

I, As many others, logged onto my bank account and noticed a charge for $29.99 from WMV CHEMISTRY.com. This charge was not initiated or authorized by me. I contacted my bank immediately, they have blocked my card and re issued a new card. Advised me to follow up in a couple days to determine if the charge posts and then file a fraudulent claim. I also contacted Chemistry.com, which the customer rep asked for my card info- I denied and advised him of the bank action already in progress. He replied the only way he could help was if I gave him my card info and he could access my account. I asked "WHAT ACCOUNT"? if i never signed up or he couldnt access my name "HOW COULD I HAVE AN ACCOUNT"?? He said if I didnt give him my card number there was no way he could help me. NOW IM PISSED OFF!! I lost my cool and told him I am filing a BBB complaint and A.G. compaint with both NC where I live and Texas where they are based. As I grew more aggravated- I told the rep maybe he should research who he works for and be aware that it is a crooked and fraudulent company, and if he was aware maybe he should seek some help. CROOKS!!!!

I did not renew my account in 2013 and ask to have it cancelled at that time. They still billed me, probably hoping I would not notice and just pay the bill.vWnA

I was charged 39.99 from chemistry.com and I did not authorized this. I had to report this to my credit card company and report it as a fraud. Went to a website and it was a match making website. Fraud!!!!!

On 4/8/14 $39.99 was charged to my credit card by wmv.chemistry.com. On 4/10/14 a credit of $39.99 appears from the same merchant. I have never even heard of this site/service. Even tho the charge was credited I'm concerned that it happened in the first place. Cancelled that credit card immediately.

An unauthorized charge for $125.94 also showed up on our credit card statement - our bank put a hold on it and we had to end up cancelling the charge. FRAUDULENT use of a credit card across state lines is a FEDERAL offense. I hope whomever is doing this enjoys their stay at a FEDERAL penitentiary.

Same thing happened to me today! Same charge - $125.94. The charge has been reported as fraudulent, card is cancelled. What a hassle!

Even though i signed up last year and was given a promotional fee of approx. 29.95. I was automatically re-subscribed at 80.97. Way too expensive for I believe 3 months.. I wish to cancel and receive a credit for the billing. Thank You.

I was taking a look at my bank statement online today and noticed there was a hold charge for $49.99 from WMV.CHEMISTRY.COM. Apparently they are some sort of dating service? So I immediately called my bank and canceled my card and had them send me a new one. The bank suggested I give them a call and see if I could get them to work with them to cancel the charge- of course when I called they asked me for my card number to which I replied, "You think I'm so stupid to give you my card number so you can charge me again?" I asked them to just call my bank and have them work with them, but of course they wouldn't. I often wonder how these companies manage to get a hold of cards? I only charge online from legit companies, so someone must have a breach of security somewhere (either that or an employee at a local retail store steals).

I never authorized or made this transaction. I only use this credit card for purchases made at Sears (Sears credit card), and I have not used this card in months. My card is neither lost nor stolen, however I fear that my credit card number has been compromised.

I NEVER saw or heard of this website before in my life. I had to look it up to find out what it was. It charged my account $29.99 on October 10, 2012, and I have had several other unwanted charges to my account since then which leads me to believe that they are passing on my information.. I absolutely did not sign up for ANY dating website, and I want MY money back.

I did not request this service. I am a single mother with extremely limited funds and would not have requested this service. I did receive an email with a "free weekened" offer but beyond that have no interest in subscribing to your service or paying your exorbitant fees. I would like this charge removed from my account, as it put me in the overdraft, and at this point, I am going to be unable to pay bills I actually owe, in addtion to the overdraft fee caused by this error.

I checked my debit card statement, online and noticed a $39.99 charge to wmv*chemistry.co 866-610-6338 TX. I have not purchased anything fro this merchant who'm I researched to be Chemistry.com. I would like my funds returned to me please, as this is an unauthorized charge.

I went to use my bank card and there was an unauthorized charge to my account for 39.00. I went to the bank and asked what the charge was about and the bank teller explained to me that it came back to a charge for the company as stated wmv.chemistry.com

There is an unauthorized charge of $125.94 charged to my Chase credit card on May 25, 2013. Please CREDIT my account the amount of $125.94 as soon as possible. For future reference, I do not authorize Chemistry.COM to bill my Chase credit card for any amount. I have NOT used your service.
