This same thing has happened to me. I have been told by paperwork I would be getting a certain amount each month. Then, the last 2 months I had only received HALF of what the caseworker told me. And EBTWM has shown up on transactions.
I had a transaction from my ebt card that took off $438.02. When I looked at the transaction on ny app it said wmebt gm with the address 702 sw 8th st Bentonville. This isn't the only transaction I had like this but it's gotten too far. I didn't even get to use my stamps then and I filed a dispute and they denied it.
$250 was deposited onto my account & $246.46 was taken. The date was 11/21/21. Then they put back $23.22 & then added $223.24. Then again took off $243.17, which somehow put me at negative. I'm not sure how they did that. Then they added $30.35, & I spent that. What can be done?
