I was fraudulently charged $61.06. My bank statement read 8009666546 BENTONV My wife had a Walmart on-line account and she called the 1-800# to report this fraudulent charge. She asked for her account to be deleted. I had to cancel my bank card since it has been compromised and now I am waiting for the change to be processed by BB&T at midnight tonight and then I can file a fraudulent charge to BB&T's Fraud Department for action. In the mean time I have to wait 5-8 days to receive my permanent bank card. My on-line review of this specific issue is an on-going trend with Walmart for many years and numerous people have reported it, but Walmart has taken no action to resolve this. I will refrain from shopping on-line with Walmart from this day forward.

A transaction was placed to my account yesterday September 12,2023 for $200.74 . I did not place an order for that amount. I have no idea what this transaction is.

Received 3 emails that I received a charge of $16.91 and was all decline due to insufficient funds. This was a Wisely card I used for work a year ago and just received these emails 2 days ago.

17 Transactions on my PNC bank card to Walmart.com AR Transactions were made November and December 2022 PNC won't reimburse charges nor will Wal-Mart Customer Care they won't give me the address of where the shipments were delivered charges totaling $2,788.63 of my money from a scammer If they can take my money then they should give me the address of where the merchandise was delivered I am done with Walmart and will be looking for another bank as well.

Just noticed a credit on my account from this weird name. I wasn't charged anywhere that I can see, but my credit card must've flagged this strange bentonvillar site. worrisome. Is Walmart behind this scam?

Yes everybody I just want to let you know that Walmart charge is a scam. I recently this morning had the same exact charge on my account. I have talk to the fraud department it originates through Facebook and Twitter or through a text message that was sent to your cell phone which had a link and if you touch the link, they were able to scam you and steal your bank account information through your cell phone That’s charging your card for things, your cell phone stores, your pin number and your three digit CVV code on the back of your card. These links that people are creating allows them to steal all of that information just by you touching the link even if you open the text message you don’t actually have to go to the link once you open the text message they have the information they need to review so people please do not open any text messages that you do not recognize block the number and report it. I hope this helps anybody my name is Jonathan I’m from Maryland careful shopping everybody.

I just found out this morning that I had a charge for 373.40 to Walmart.com with the reference number starting with 8009. I don't have a online walmart account or a walmart card. How was my information retrieved?

I got nailed for 603.06 today when someone purchased 2 items on my walmart.com account. contacted them first thing was told the orders were cancelled yet just received emails that the items were shipped called walmart back was told that there is nothing they can do its a holiday fedex is closed items did not ship they can stop them. was told deal with my bank. I have contacted every news agency in my area about this.
