It's Thanksgiving, and finally having time to look over my bank statements I found this reoccurring charge! I'm pissed. I did not authorize this charge! ESH*TECHPROTECT 844-400-0452 GA USA ($11.87) every month for who knows how long! I'm so busy just trying to survive and pay bills I can't check my account as often as need be. This is absolute nonsense! I tried to call and all you get is music. It doesn't say who they are or what they provide, no automated message to contact, inquire, or cancel. That's a PARASITE organization if ever I saw one! I'm so pissed I want to choke someone. This is appalling misconduct of someones finances!!! It should be a class action lawsuit! Anyone wanting to do so, count me in.

This is a charge for insurance on your cell phone through Verizon. At some point you must have signed up for it when you got your phone. I just realized I still had it on my old phone when I checked my bank statement. Luckily for me it was only one month charge. I have only had the new phone a week. I just called them, had no problems with customer service and they cancelled the insurance and are refunding partial fee for the remainder of the month. After reading everyone's comments, I was apprehensive as to what I might encounter so was very relieved that the process seemed to go seamlessly. I will be checking my account next month to make sure the cancellation processed successfully.

I`ve had a charge on checking account three times for DDA PUR MICROSOFT MICROSOFT* BILL MS NET WA. I did not authorize this transaction and I want it stopped.

I notice a charge on my bank statement that I did not authorize. My mother who is on my Verizon plan and got a new phone a year ago figured out that she has been charged each month for the past year. What do we do now?

I was scammed into thinking this was insurance for my phone through Verizon Wireless. I have been paying for this for over a year.

I was pretty sure it was supplemental insurance from a company partnered with Verizon Wireless. Did you find that it is not? Why do you say you were scammed?
