I saw an offer for a dash cam on social media for about 8$. Long story short, I clicked on the link and went to their website. The explanation for the low price was that it was a warehouse clearance sale. I looked carefully through the website for additional terms and I felt that it was safe to make the order. The WebCam arrived about two weeks later with a receipt that had no information about the website, vendor, merchant, nor offer. Also, no transaction information was on the receipt. A short time later I was reviewing my credit card statement and noticed a charge from Vibeworthywellbeingsho.com for$135. I did not recognize this charge and called the 800 number for customer service. Long story short, I learned that the WebCam was bait for a subscription service, which was non-refundable. I attempted to return the WebCam but they said there were no refunds. The charge is currently under dispute with my credit card company.

I was looking back through my emails in an attempt to find anything related to the original purchase. I eventually found an email from Customer Service Smart Station Cart outlining details of the order and confirming that the purchase was indeed for $8.69. No mention of any subscription service was on in this email. At the end of the email was this line, “Please note, charges on your credit card statement will appear as: besthomeattractivestor”. But that’s not what showed up on my credit card statement, as was noted above. Rather, the charge was reported on my statement as VIBEWORTHYWELLBEINGSHO.

I received a fraudulent charge on my credit card for $117.69 identified as vibeworthywellbeingsho. This was clearly a fraudulent charge as I have never accessed that website.
