I have Verizon FIOS but not Verizon telephone services. On OCT 31 2017 I noticed an auto withdraw from my bank from a biller titled "Verizon PaymentONE ********001 teles" for appx $5.64. After a bit of online research and a call to Verizon I confirmed the bill is a fraud. I contacted my bank and put a "stop payment" on the biller and disputed the charge. If you have a similar charge you may wish to contact your bank because I suspect VERIZON PaymentONE is a scam to make small deductions while appearing to look like a valid company. Good luck.
