This company based out of New Mexico is charging me a monthly fee of $12.49. I did not authorize this. I only wonder if it's related to a purchase that I made from Botanical Gardens, which is also based in New Mexico. The credit card charges started after this online purchase.

This unknown company called Challenge Body Mind phone number 8554604451 NM KEEP CHARGING MY DEBT CARD $12.49 EVERY MONTH SINCE 1/22/2023. I CALLED THEM TWO TIMES AND CANCELED AND ASKED FOR A REFUND. THEY STILL HAVE NOT CANCELED ME OR GAVE me a refund. I tried to report them to BBB, couldn't. I have to get a new debt card and stopped the charges.

I called the number listed on my bank account for the charge of $12.49 to dispute the charge as I didn't authorize it or have never done business with Challenge Body Mind. Customer service said they would refund the money but they never did. This is definitely a SCAM. How did they get my bank account number?

I received an email from my bank about suspicious activity on my card. I didn't know what it was for. Called the number and found out it was for Challenge Body Mind subscription. I never subscribed to this magazine and how did they get my credit card number? Called the bank and they canceled my card and is sending me a new one. Glad my is on top of things like this.

I just found out this company took out $12.49 from my account and I don’t even know what thins company is, and I supposedly have a subscription. Waited 20 minutes for someone on the line and when they finally answered they hung up on me. Called again and waited another 25 minutes and did talk to someone and she supposedly canceled my subscription, that I did not subscribe to and I’m supposed to get it refunded to my bank. We’ll see!!

I was alerted by my bank that charges of $12.49 and $129.88 were made by CHALLENGE BODY on my debit card. Called my bank to inform them that I did not authorize these charges. My bank is cancelling my debit card and sending me a new card with a new number. I now have to remember all the companies I have set up with automatic pay because that information has to be updated. This is a pain in the rear but the safest way to guarantee that my compromised account is re-established with maximum security.

I ordered CBD selection for $39.98 to include 3 bottles plus 2 free and the confirmation email order charge was for $199.88!!! SCAMMMMMM. I called and they try to "give you a discount" from the charges...I do have a refund email but will be checking my account and will dispute any charges from them. Ver unfortunate as it was a promo from Kevin Costner's supposed CBD company. Will be going back to my reputable USA company on Colorado.

I too ordered CBD for $69 and received a receipt for $129. I then got a welcome email from Challenge Body Mind. Their website provides no way to cancel.

I refunded all bottles of pills and was told a full refund of 200.00 ish would be received within 2/3 weeks! It is now 6/8 months ish!

My wife just found out that she has been getting charged 12.49 since July. She just called and the guy said thst she was sent an email. She had looked through her only email account and found no authorization, nor agreement with this company. She questioned the guy if they had any other name. They did not. She's calling her card fraud department now.

I just got a charge for the 12.49 Challenge body mind and my bank text me that it seemed fraudulent and I didn't make it. They immediately canceled my card. Glad they did since it seems a scam/spam.
