I have never had an UBER account and was shocked to see a charge from UBER on my account. I contacted UBER only to find a wall of uselessness. UBER informed me to contact my card carrier to dispute the charge and warned me that if my card carrier charges back the amount that I can't use UBER until my negative balance with UBER was cleared. Big deal! I don't have an UBER account. Thank God! The morally of this story. Contact your card carrier because UBER won't help you out. Booooooooo! UBER!
