For the past 5 months I've been charged $109.88. I thought it was something my husband had done so didn't really give it a thought but after asking him about it this month he said he never heard of the company and never approved a charge of this amount. I have no idea where they got our information. I will call our bank and call them and better get it resolved as they now owe me back $659.28. Looks like a good case for a Class Action lawsuit. I will also speak with our attorney.
I had charges on my bank card that I didn't make as well. Same amounts as a lot of others on here!! This phone # is a scam. How do people live with their conscience?? Heading to the bank of course!
I received a charge on my citibank credit card for 52.94. I have no idea what this is and I have not history in my browser of visiting this site this charge is fradulant.
I paid 9.99 for what was suppose to be free car seat . My account was then charged extra $109.88 !!!!! My bank fought it and put money back in my account . Today the $109.88 was take out again. And I have changed my bank card 3 times ! Months later still no seat .

I called Citi and they stated I have 2 more charge that I haven't seen yet. over $300. I don't know what the charges are for. My account was closed and I am disputing the charges. Total Scam

It's one of those 'you won' things...but you pay for 'shipping' or something. Hard to understand, but I did get a refund and cancelled.
I called this company direct after filing a disputed charge claim with CitiBank. If you call the 855 number, you can speak with someone about this and they will reverse a charge. Mine was hit five times. I will go to Costco as the person I spoke to indicated I subscribed to an offer at Costco that hits my account monthly!!!! Never subscribed to anything at Costco......
There are charges on my credit card by this company that were not approve by me.

I just got notice from my bank for a withdrawal of $109.88 and a witjdrawal of 9.99. i did not authorize this merchant P5*TRUEDLY8554. Don't even know who this is. PLease refund this immediately.

Got charged the same amount....(messing with those *free* sweepstakes. Datamining at it's worst.

I was charged $109.88 3/6/23 as a debit on my bank account! I don’t know who this company is and I have not given any authorization to debit any amount from my bank! I reported to my bank and I now have to get a new debit card. This needs to be stopped!
If you get any charges from these scammers report it immediately to your bank or card company. I have had the same charges as the others on here. These charges came after taking a chance on a walmart card. Beware of these people. It is a scam to get your card number and if you don't call them and cancel they will continue to charge your card. BEWARE

Money was taken off my card..Jan.25 $9.99 then the same day $52.49. On Jan. 30th the amount of 109.88 out of the blue came out of my accout..Please help me
So I got charged the $109.00, 9.99, and 54.00. I called my Visa Credit card company. The rep. immediately closed my current charge card. They will issue a new one today it will take 5-7 days to get it. If Truedly tries to charge any further they will be denied. So now I put a dispute of the above charges. Not sure how to get that money back.
So canceling your current charge account is the only to stop this horrible company from any more bogus charges.
I'm sorry I didn't do this sooner when I noticed the 54.00 and 9.99 charges. The rep at my Visa said this is the only way to deal with this disreputable company.
Call your bank and tell them that these are unauthorized charges. Put a LOCK on your card immediately and ask if they should send you a new one. Call TRUEDLY and tell them you want your money back. If they won’t do it, Ask to speak to a supervisor (not that it will help, but at least make them jump through some hoops) Ask them for their website address because your back wants to know, and their company address and if they won’t tell you, tell them you will be calling your bank to refuit the charges and you will also be calling the BBB in New Mexico and also the NM Attorney General to report them as a fraudulent company, and then call them. The customer service rep at TRUEDLY hung up on me because they wouldn’t give me any information, so at least I can tell my bank that when I speak with them again. Hope this helps.
Was charged $9.99 by this fraudulent company. They charged my CashApp $109.88 twice. Second one today. Fortunately the charges were declined both times by CashApp. I have canceled my card and applied for new one. These criminals need to be stopped.

What can I do to get my money back?
The bank will decline the dispute if he signed up for a "sweepstakes" or if the card information was entered willingly because he "won" something. Have to read the terms & conditions.
My husband is a very I’ll man. Last month on the 6th truedly showed up on his bank account with a 109.00 charge. Now this month there is a 52.00 charge. Looks like the next one is going to be 9.99. Who are these people and why aren’t they being shut down? We are on a fixed income and cannot afford this.
