I have not subscribed to any ongoing service, nor have I agreed to any recurring payments. These charges are both unexpected and unjustified, and I consider this a serious breach of trust and consumer rights. I request that you: Immediately stop any further charges to my card. Provide a full explanation of why these charges were made. Issue a full refund for the unauthorized transactions. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to report the matter to the appropriate consumer protection authorities and take legal action if necessary. Nu pot sa ma dezabonez, cum trebuie să procedez ca să mă dezabonez? Nici nu pot să intru în cont, nu mi se mai recunoaște adresa de e-mail, cum pot obține datele din contul meu.
