I was charged $200.00 from a Company I have never heard of. I DEMAND my money back. I think we should all file a Class Action Lawsuit against these bastards!!

Recently just bought $40 worth of steam games and then found out the next day when it went through that steampowered.com Bellevue wa had also taken out $10 which isn't much but you really haven't got that much spare money it is a lot!! I want back my money!

Checked my bank statement this morning and saw a $10 charge from steamgames.com. Immediately called my bank to report this fraudulent charge. My debit card has been cancelled and the bank is filing a fraud report. I have never used this site, nor have I ever heard of them. If this happens to you - CALL YOUR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION IMMEDIATELY! DO NOT TRY AND CONTACT STEAMGAMES OR ANY OTHER NAME THEY GO BY. They will not respond to you. This is a theft of your identity and banking information!

charge for $10.55 on my debit account. Have not purchased a game in the month that the charge was posted, was not notified by steam that my card had been used in the purchase of a game. Nor is there any new game in my account after this money has been taken. I can only assume this is a fraudulent charge on my account.

This company has made charges to a number of credit cards that I owned without authorization. Your stealing credit card numbers and sprinkling charges a little here and there, thinking people won't notice. Somehow your connecting credit card numbers through pre paid Visa cards! Your causing demonstrable damages. This has been going well over a year for me and I plan on taking action.

I have had two separate CCs charged by Steampowered.com on 9/28. Although I have a Steam account, I haven't used it in years. When I checked the account, it reported that someone else had used the account on 9/28. So, I unauthorized other computers, changed password and had credit cards cancelled. Seems people are using the gaming site to transfer money from people through the account to play games or get ready cash. From the looks of it, Steam is the center of a fraud ring. I'd cancel my account but since my cards are not associated with the gamesite, it won't really matter. Even people without Steam accounts get fraudulent charges from steam. So, it is just a vehicle for fraud (and maybe to play games).

Woke up to a fraudulent charge of 59.99 to my account today. I did some research and found that STEAMPOWERED.COM is a gaming website. I have never heard of this site, nor do I ever play any online games. I called my bank today and had them deactivate my card and are doing an investigation. I have no idea how this evil company got a hold of my information, but they are going to pay me back what they owe me. I feel violated and taken advantage of, I am a mother of two toddlers, one with a disability. And that 60 bucks could of helped me feed my babies. Keep a sharp eye on your account, and watch any suspicious activity.

My wife's cc was debt two unauthroized charges for $39.95 by steampowered.com a "gaming" site which my wife knows nothing about. We are working through our financial institution to get to the bottom of this and I will file a complaint with the FBI.

i was charged through my debit card for $100.00 for something i did not purchase and from a company i never heard of!! This charge had better be removed from my bank account, i think it's time for Better Business Bureau to step into this company for fraud!!!

I just looked at my credit card bill and found that $275 worth of payments to "steampowered combellevuewa." I made no such transactions and have never even heard of this company. However, I see that I was also given a credit adjustment on my credit card bill for all of the transactions this company made. I will definitely contact my card company and find out how & why this happened. And also cancel this card and get a new one.

There were 3 fraudulent transactions made by this site to my debit card. totaling 250$. Fix your security or get out of the business if you cannot protect your customers but more so your non-customers who will talk about the way your company does business with the public, Major business fail! I have never given my card to anyone, it was in my possession at the time of the fraudulent transactions.. how does this business secure their transactions. Are they not a legitimate company? DO yourselves a favor and fire your securities officer and hire someone who is going to teach the company how to confirm the real customers from those who are thieves!!!
