I ordered a wedge for splitting wood on 5-28-25 and FEDEX delivered an EMPTY box with a packing list from Virventures in Houston TX at 14932 Kuykendall RD with a phone number 1-713-589-9968 that is not a working number now. This box was battered and all taped together and 4 pieces of bubble wrap, the packing list, and brown wrapping paper to I suppose keep the non-existent wedge--this box was EMPTY. I have called Virventures and spoke with Austin who is checking what he can why this was a battered, taped together box that contained nothing.The packing list has ORDER NUMBER EMRY-45546. That same EMRY-45546 is written as the Custoner PO number, Alll I want now is my $38.24 payment on my Capital One card refunded.
