This is in DISPUTE This involves a TV PART that was not returned to DirectV. I returned all known equipment and DTV insisted one part was not returned. I finally found the part in question in an TV no longer in service and asked for authority to return with shipping, etc required. I could never get them to send me the authority I needed. I made 3 phone call requests for the shipping info and they said they refused the return because it had been more than their 14 day return requirement. I still have the requested part packaged and ready to return but DTV does not accept returns unless returned using their return system and they refuse to allow a return unless within their 14 day period.. I still am willing to return the part if they will accept. Otherwise I do not think they are entitled to compensation. Leroy Lamar
