I was charge $39.95 on Feb 18, 2023 by SFSGP>COM 855- PA and have no idea what it is from. How do I get my money back and protect my account?

$39.95 - I had to DEMAND twice what the charge was for. Come to find out it is to a digitalizze.co that "provides streaming to music, tv shows, movies, and access for ebooks and online games." I demanded that they cancel our so called account, refund the money to our account and make no further withdrawals on our bank account. He was taking so long getting back with me I finally told him he had one minute to answer me before I called my bank and reported fraud. I copied our conversation in case I need to take this further.
