Billing for services on vehicle sold three years ago, continues every year despite cancellation.

We have not had a Mercedes for over two years. We have been charged for this services for the past two years. We have tried to cancelled this service. Now Services4 is demanding a cancellation of insurance policy and/or proof of trade in. We have spent over three hours to get the documentation to show this trade in over two years ago. This agency WOULD NOT cancel the policy by word say. It is a SCAM.
