I got two unauthorized charges on the same day 12/06/2014:
RYANAIR FFU9HCO 501,26 €
RYANAIR 0000000KCGHPB 513,96 €
Then I got the money back, but as the payment was done out of my country the bank charged me a commission of 3% so I lost 75,60 € on this little JOKE.
What is the meaning of this?
Has it happened to anyone before? how can you get your money back? this is really bad...
