A charge for $16.60 appaered on my July, 2012 Master Card statement. I cannot identify the charge and don't know what it is for. The 800 number listed for this vendor on my statement is "no longer in service."
Two days ago I saw that I have a charge for $96 from this website on my bank account website and I have never even been to this website...calling their customer service I told the woman my name twice and she still called me by TWO totally different names in a matter of 2 minutes (Nancy, Sandra). I was told I would get a call back and I never did. I am going to try to call back. Did you ever get your issue resolved? In my case, I think I am going to have to have my bank do something. It's a weird coincidence.
I have a charge on my August Mastercard statement that I can't identify. I do not know what the charge is for and did not authorize the charge. The merchant is listed as "PUL*DOG.COM".
