I didn't recognize the "ProQuest EBS" name on my credit-card billing statement and thought it might be a fraudulent charge, but then I remembered that I'd ordered an electronic copy of a doctoral dissertation from them for $38. In my particular case, the charge turned out to be legit. Still, it's always good to double-check questionable charges.

I received a proquestebs charge of 119 dollars and I have not ordered anything from pro quest. This is a false charge.
