I had 2 fraudulent charges from this company on my CC. When they were contacted, they claimed I didn't have an account with them and refused to give me info despite my CC having been charged by them to the tune of over $300. I disputed with the CC company, and now Beachbody is disputing my claim. This is a nightmare.

When I ordered their Insanity workout videos, they automatically signed me up for an online service and charge you. I was not aware of this and never used the service. I have cancelled as of today, but no further charges should be allowed to come through.
