I never asked for this charge, I order from your catalog last year that was it. Now I see you are charging me for Favorites VIP not requested. I'm calling my bank to report this to the fraud department and will cancel my card and stop sending your catalog to my house. I will never order from this company again. I will let the fraud department deal with your company.
