This same company took $39.95 out of my account for something I didn’t signup for or used.I called for a refund and they refused.What action can I take .they are scammers.
This happened to my friend also and we looked them up and it’s a company out of Hollywood, Ca. but it doesn’t say what service they provide however this is their phone contact: 1-888-655-0203 and the hours of business is Monday-Friday 10:00am to 6:00pm EST. So now you can call them and find out my friends doing the same meanwhile she’s disputing the charge which takes 90 days to investigate and her bank doesn’t refund her money meanwhile she has to wait to get her money back.
This is the second time they tried taking money out of my acct they charge 39.95 I got refunded for the first one had to get another card now they charging my second debit card waiting so I can be refunded from my bank I have no idea who they are they cost me an issue having no to have to change my debit card besides taking the money.

Often these companies charge $1.00n and give you 30 days service knowing you will forget to cancel and then start charging a set fee like $39.95 each month. Its happen to me many times, and my stupid ass continues to forget to cancel.
