Ordered 2 ornamental gnomes for the garden,as a "buy one get one free" and I have only received one item ? Where is the other one ? Is it still in Hong Kong....

I order 2 pair of shoes on Feb. 25 2023 and as of today March 18 have not recieved them. Bought through PayPal. They were advertised on Facebook as Clark's shoes and i have seen more shoes advertisesd the same way on Facebook. I would I have waited to report becuase I liked the shoes but it is almost a month out from the order and i would like a refund from PayPal.

I didn't order anything and got charged from PayPal with a brand new credit card for almost $200. Thanks for taking money away from fixing my car

I ordered two jackets on 11-29-22 and my card has paid it but I haven't received any merchandise! I would like my card to be credited back or the merchandise! The amount was $78.38

I was charged twice for shipping. The order was paid on the 4th of December through my bank. I notice another charge for the amount of $6.89 which is what the shipping cost was. I tried to contact you by phone but the number doesn't work. The total cost for the shipping and order was $44.99. I would like a refund for the $6.89 cents. I think the order # is 5691.
