I order 2 pair of shoes on Feb. 25 2023 and as of today March 18 have not recieved them. Bought through PayPal. They were advertised on Facebook as Clark's shoes and i have seen more shoes advertisesd the same way on Facebook. I would I have waited to report becuase I liked the shoes but it is almost a month out from the order and i would like a refund from PayPal.

I ordered shoes. Received and sent them back as they run really small. There was no receipt or confirmation label inside. I sent them back to the address of where they came from. It said Ann NY.

I am getting continuous charges on my account from this company. I call the number and it says cannot be called. I will be contacting my credit card co.

I ordered 2 pair of so-called "Sperry" brand shoes and I still haven't received them. My account was charged through Pay Pal on Sept. 5, 2023 for an international fee of $2.09 and also $69.75 for the shoes. the description or Payee was PAYPAL "PROMISEECOM4A5. Under that was Original Description: PURCHASE PAYPAL "PROM. Obviously this is a scam and I want my money back!!!!! I am turning this over to the bank and the Better Business Bureau!

II order a pair of shoes through this place on facebook, it stated on my account 5/7 Paypal Promise9uwq - 4029357733 HK total is $37.98. The advertisement said they were Clarkk's shoes and they were very attractive. I have yet to receive the shoes. Should I call, is that a phone number? If I do not get the shoes, I want my money back.

I believe I ordered from the same site it was I'm going to say the beginning of August could have been the end of July and any event I got the same code on my statement and have not yet received my shoes or even heard from them so I'm wondering how I can get my money back also

The same thing happened to me and Paypal is not being helpful. Did you get an answer. I didn't think I was ordering through PayPal, just my credit card. Very disappointed!

i ordered a pair of shoes on fb from QVC saying it was clarks shoes.i haven`t received the shoes yet and found ou it was a scam through paypal promiceecom. i demand my money back or i will take further notice.

A charge of $94.98 was on my Discover statement dated 6/20/2023. This charge was not authorized by me. What do I do about it? I have no idea what it is received a warning on my computer when I tried to find out what it is.

I was charged twice for shipping. The order was paid on the 4th of December through my bank. I notice another charge for the amount of $6.89 which is what the shipping cost was. I tried to contact you by phone but the number doesn't work. The total cost for the shipping and order was $44.99. I would like a refund for the $6.89 cents. I think the order # is 5691.
