I think I’ve be scammed by thinking I was buying from a Canadian Manufacturer! But they are not! We are not buying any Chinese or American produced products! We were led to believe That all products were made in Canada!

Same problem with *BEEPCYKSHOP charge and Conclusioy. I communicated several times with with support. Their tracking app was not reporting movement. Then finally reported that it had been delivered; it hadn’t. Total scam.

Like an earlier poster, I purchased a couple of made-in-canada 'elbows up' t-shirts from Conclusioy. That purchase generated a BPCYKShop charge. The order had Many problems: 1. The charge was about $10 higher than what was displayed on the order and receipt - about $60 rather than $50. Since tax wasn't listed on the receipt, it could explain the difference, but not displaying an accurate charge at purchase time is problematic. 2. The item was clearly represented as Made in Canada on the website but the tracking link they gave me said it was coming from Italy. When queried, they said they had many warehouses around the world. 3. I reached out when the item didn't arrive after several weeks. They apologized and sent me a new and different tracking link. The first link never added another update. The new one showed the item originating from China, not Italy as previously represented, or Canada as expected from their website. 4. The new tracking info posted generic updates occasionally (in transit) but there was no real indication of package location beyond the initial history. 5. Eventually, I gave up and asked them to cancel the order. They said they could not because it was on route. Repeated contacts over the next two weeks where I insisted they cancel the order were all the same with random platitudes. E.g. we're sure you'll love it. It's been a best seller for years. (unlikely since the slogan was popularized after Trump's re-election) followed by some version of 'please be patient'. 6. It's been 2 months since I placed the order. I still haven't received the package or a refund. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company since they refused to take responsibility.

Further to the "shipped from the USA" debacle, when the product finally arrived, it was a cheap print on a Made in China hat, as opposed to the embroidered hat "made in Canada" that had been advertized. I tried leaving a poor review on the White Weby website but of course, they're all fake and it did not display the review.

Yes, agreed. I plan to dispute the charges, once they post, scammers - I am so upset I fell for this. I asked them in email why shipping from the US and they claimed they have warehouses all over. BULL. I am embarrassed.

I have also been scammed by this company. They initially charged me too much. They claimed to be all Canadian but I immediately received a message confirming my order in Chinese. I have been fighting over emails with them. I messaged them within 15 minutes of purchase to cancel my order and they told me it was too late which is complete bullshit. They also claimed to have an easy return policy and yet they won't let me cancel my order. I told them that I would be posting reviews on social media to warn people of what they are doing. The company at this time is calling themselves White Web but once you have ordered it comes up as Beepcyk.

I fell for this too - embarrassing. I looked through their website and it seemed legit, but it should have tipped me off that nowhere is there an actual physical address or contact info section. I have emailed the company using the email address they included on my receipt - which showed that the company was actually Chinese, and said I wanted my money back because they misrepresented themselves and their products as Canadian. Have yet to hear back from them. I will contact Visa to see if I can cancel the charge if I am unsuccessful with getting a refund from this bullshit company.

Exact same situation. Additionally, when trying to leave a review to this effect on their website, I noticed that the entire "reviews" section is manufactured and that my review was not posted. I've emailed their support team that I will chargeback if they don't cancel the order.
