Please refund $36 which was charged on my credit card on 04/04/2013. I never authorized this charge.

I have absolutely No idea what AKSMT.COM is and have never authorised any charges. These charges must be paid back. They normally occur about mid month 14/15th

I went online to check my bank Account and there was a charge for $36 to Aksmt.com. I do not know what aksmt.com is therefore I do not believe I authorized this transaction. I want an explanation and a refund.
