The automatic payments from my old FIA card were still being paid by Net Access. I called BofA and they said they did not have access to the account, I could log into FIA card services, but no account information was there, so I couldn't cancel payment from there. Finally called BofA 1-800-933-6262 and they had to remove the FIA profile, so the payments could stop. I am hoping this has resolved the issue.

FYI - I called BOA and they said they could not help - that Net Access had to discontinue the payments. Trouble is, there's no interface for Net Access anymore and I don't know who to contact to find them!!!!!

This is the MBNA automatic payment system, possibly tied to CheckFree. (When my MBNA credit card was taken over by Bank of America, this automated payment continued, but the interface to manage it disappeared. BoA cards have a different automated payment system.)
