I ordered clothes from Mc-Mosente, pretending to be a Peter Alexander shop. This was in November, being christmas presents. Received nothing.

I ordered products from a website presenting itself as backstage store, an affiliate of Macy's. I was sent bogus tracking information which eventually said that the products were delivered. I never received my order and am currently trying to get a refund. the payment on my bank account says payfly*mosente purchase HK

Ordered Judy Blue jeans on November 24 but never received them although they showed delivered on Christmas Day. Apparently they aren’t legit so don’t lose your money to these guys. Won’t give a refund but offered to send a second package.

either on dec 6th or 10th i was charged 22.00 thinking it was macys back door for 22.00. have not received my refund or the product so I would like a refund please

This company apparently is presenting themselves as Macy's Backstage Store. Stay away from them. It is a nightmare trying to get this charge off my credit card.
