I have never approved any charge from them. They charged us for 3 years in a row, each time I called and cancelled. If they credit you, it might be for the $1 but never the $29.95 for their "subscription". However, I was credited $29.92 after my last call because they confirmed I had been charged for 3 years in a row. They realized I knew they were scamming people and they were afraid I would report them, which I did. They charge the $1 and the $29.95 one week after. These charges usually appear on the coming month's bill leaving no time for a "client" to dispute or cancel them. IF YOU LOOK AT THE 10 PAGES OF OTL*SCORESENCE THERE ARE 10 PAGES OF COMPLAINTS NOT ONLY OF NO CONSENT BUT ALSO OF FRAUD. I checked all the other identity sites. They cost $12.95 to $19.95 per month with a 30 day trial period, OTL*SCORESENCE charges $29.95 a month with a one week trial period, a scam. BillGuard does no good, please also report this company.

I have been charged $.00 for trial and then charged $29.95 on 11-15-13 and charged again on 12-15-13, I have never received any scores. I want to unsubscribe from this service and would like you to refund payments charged for which I never received any service.

Did any of you receive your funds back even when told this was cancelled? Or, just the standard cut and paste reply that the company has given. I cancelled six months ago and apparently the rep put down that I wanted to keep the subscription. Said there was a wait of 2-3 business days for this to be reviewed to get funds back which I chalk up to "you will not receive anything back". Looking to see if someone has a class action suit going on.
