we paid $366.67 for a 2290 for irs and we just got a letter saying it wasn't paid and now we owe late fee too. someone needs to fix this

Paid over 200 in taxes to this site thinking it was the proper ave. It was deducted and we got a letter in the mail saying we have not paid and now have a penalty fee. WHAT is going on!!??? These people should be shut down and put in jail for fraud! Where is our damn hard earned money??!! WE are public service people, we don't make a lot as it is! These people are evil crooks and should be have consequences for this. I want our money back asap! WE pay our bills!

I used OPC US TREASURY to pay tax that I owed IRS, they withdrawn the money from my account. Now I received a later from IRS stating that I owed the same amount with interest and penalties. This is not fair a company pretends that they collect money on IRS behalf to RIP OFF people.

on 8-29-17 I sent a payment of 400.00 to the IRS, I recently received a letter stating that I missed a payment in august. where did the money go.???

I'm dealing with the same thing the IRS talked with the people, OPC, and they claim that it went to a different social security number and they would not give the IRS this person's Social Security number so they could reverse it! I think we need to have the federal government look into this.

I paid 650 to opc which I thought they then take the money and send it to the irs well I got a paper statement from irs saying I still owe the same amount as before. Wtf is up wth that where did the 650 go? This is bullshit

I paid $601.00 to the IRS through OPC and the IRS just informed me they never received the payment, but the payment was posted from my bank account almost a month ago. What's going on?!

Jayna, I've just discovered the exact same dilemma, as I've received a notice from IRS stating I still owe over 8K, which I paid to this "Official payments" online portal, claiming to submit to IRS directly. WTF is right. Did you get this resolved? I'm panicking big time as it's a huge chunk of change.

I used your company to pay my taxes and you received the money from my credit card. I pulled your information from my credit card receipt. I have made a complaint with my credit card company. Now IRS wants their money from me. I did file with my husband and his name is Brian. I'm not sure how to pay my taxes because I have to pay my bill on my credit card that you now have.

This site is a SCAM!!!! There is no mention of a "fee" until it is too late to cancel the transaction. BEWARE!!! Do not use this site to pay your taxes. I am disputing the charge with my CC company, but have no way of insuring that my federal taxes have actually been paid. MAJOR RIPOFF!!!!!!
