I attempted to use your service for a 2nd time to no avail. I paid you $49.99 with my visa card. The 1st time I paid you $49.00 twice with no service. You refunded that money back to my account.
I attempted again 7 or so days later, paying $49.99. I put in a correct vin number four (4) attempts but your service showed numbers I did not enter and I did not use your service. I have asked you to refund my $49.99
