ordered one year subscription and paid for it. Several months later I realized I had been billed every month for $34.97. When I contacted the number included in my credit card statement they said they would take one month off. I demanded all be taken off. So far they have taken nothing off and have billed me $34.97 for yet another month. This is FRAUD, pure and simple

I have EXACTLY the same problem, as do all the rest of us on here. Nobody else seems to want to do anything about it. I too am speaking with my bank to take further action and if that doesn't work I am going to get a lawyer. Maybe we can do a Class Action Lawsuit because they are completely unethical. Also I am finding out the necessary people to report them to, from Google to the Better Business Bureau etc

Same thing. For a $39 and two $1 charges. Call MBI they will help. They refunded my charges after finding out I clearly didn't authorize the charges. They handle card services for several online Companies. In my case the charges stemmed from an adult site I never heard of. With that said make sure to cancell your card if certain the charges where not authorized. make sure your kids or anyone else that may have access to you card info aren't porn surfing.

First off they provide billing for porn companies. My roommate used my card to sign up for a $1 trial. The bank called and asked me to verify the charge at which point after screaming at my roommate I logged in and cancelled the service. It was a 3 day trial and it was cancelled in 14 hours. If you Goggle them there are about 20 consumer complaint websites that have between 5 and 50 pages of complaints about these people. Plus they are definitely in on the scam and they laugh at you and call you names when you call. The dumb call center girl not only said to me that she understood how I felt because this has happened to her before too. So right there she admitted they are a scam company. She then also admitted that I had cancelled one of the services, but the site automatically signs you up for two. Well we've checked through every email and checked the site there is no indication that you are getting signed up for 2 sites and each needs to be cancelled individually. Then she put me on hold and forgot to hit the hold button so I got to hear her laugh at me to her fellow criminals and say that she didn't care it's not her money getting taken. When she got back on the phone pretending like she was all sunshine and light I blew my top. She then told me if they give me back my money but can get their investigator to say that it's not an invalid charge then they are going to turn me into collections and charge me the $120 plus admin fees and collections fees. Clearly thinking she could scare me into letting them keep the stole money. Get you're client's money back. The more complaints and charge backs this company get the easier it's going to be to force Visa/Mastercard to stop allowing them to accept cards. Now as with all the other scam companies they will just open under a different name, but it inconveniences them. In the meantime I have contacted my companies attorney and he is willing to go forward with a class action if we get enough people together. After looking at all the complaints that shouldn't be a problem. If you want to join send me an email at scammed by mbi at gmail (remove the spaces) and I'll start forwarding them to the attorney. Please do not give me any of your personal information. If you want to write a brief synopsis of your story that's fine, but I am just collecting info for the attorney to see if we can go forward with a class action. Any further correspondence will come from the attorney's office.

Nicci Freeman I tried sending you an email regarding getting scammed by MBI but it was rejected. My under aged son got ahold of my card just like your roommate did and racked up several hundred dollars. I am embarrassed to have allowed it to happen. He must of used several different sites and months had passed befor I noticed.
