There was an unauthorised transaction of S$5.95 (CAD5.00) on 11 June 2014 & S$416.05 (GBP189.79) on 12 June 2014 on my Standard Chartered card.

My credit card was stolen and a charge of 289.95 GBP (325.16 euros) to JS Online Grocery was made without my authorization. I now have to get a police report and take it to the bank. The charge was made on the 14th of June. I would like this resolved as soon as possible and the charge taken off along with all the additional expenses including foreign transactions.

25-7-17 £134.77 taken from my account JS ONLINE GROCERY 08003281700. Don't even shop online with them

Charged £146.15 on my card from June 20. Don't even shop with them. Bank following up on this. I do not have an account with Sainsbury's they cannot do anything about it. I was supposed to have used my card at 7.20 am. I must have been sleep shopping!!

£99.59 taken from my account by JS Online Grocery on the 12th June. Notified by Lloyds Fraud Department.

I have just checked my card and found a deposit from JS online of $349 and then a withdrawal of $299 are they giving away money or testing my card for future withdrawl. I was in the UK two years ago from Australia.

Same here .i live in France 8 unauthorized transactions on my credit card those 2 last weeks .for more than 1800euros!! But is it a real shop ?

Saw this one on my CC statement one hour after it appeared. Cancelled the card, bank refunded. I live in Australia, so there is no way I was ordering groceries from UK. It showed J Sainsbusry on the first two days, then it changed to JS ONLINE GROCERY 0800 328 17 GB FRGN AMT: 214.53 POUND STERLING Transaction date 8 Sep 2016 That's $388.42 in au dollars. Either card number details were stolen by someone, or just a scam website (but I never knew about it until this happened)

My Australian credit card was charged GBP 204.91 on 26th May re JS Online Grocery. I don't use this card anymore and did not have a clue who JS ONLINE grocery are. Checked on google and found numerous websites referring to fraudulent use of cars with this website.

Hi, you hv charged my credit card in 2014 Nov, that credit cardI hv not been using for years , and I do not know your shop until this happened, my card info has been stolen for online shop at this shop. The bank called up yesterday about I have not paid for the fees which is 300 pounds now going to more than 400 pounds with adm fee and interest fee. I hv no clues what had been happening. Please let me know what info I can gv u to settle the case. Thanks.

I too was hit by this last week. About 90 £. Funny thing is that the card used by the thiefs is not a phisical one, so it cannot be cloned at all. They must have found the data from a place where I shopped previously. The 1st suspect I have is Amazon since it is known that they had a leak on last December. Aliexpress was also used with that card. I also have that card on Paypal. The bank already sorted it out, but nevertheless it is frustating to have your security compromised like that.

Three unauthorized transaction were made to my OCBC credit card on 23 Aug,14. One is CAD 5$ (5.88 SGD) with no. 613-228-6753; The 2nd one is GBP 172.74 (368.55SGD) with no. 0800 328 1700; And the last one is GBP 201.75 (430.43 SGD) with no. 0800 328 1700!!! I have reported to my bank to put into investigation.

I had been charged by JS Online Grocery 0800 328 17 for GBP219.43 on the 1st of April 2014 on my Standard Chartered Credit Card. I live in Singapore and do not shop for groceries online. The bank forced me to make the payment on the 11th of July 2014 promising to look into the dispute. But now the bank has refused looked in the matter or make a refund. They claim that its the time set by Visa or Mastercard for transaction dispute has passed and I should contact the merchant for a refund.

Ref: 74929004124006178430537. Unauthorised transactions of GBP 216.71 had been charged to my credit card. I had reported to Standard Chartered.

I order my shopping from sainsburys online first weekend of February 2014 which has come up on my statement but then an other transaction from js online groceries which we don't even no who js online groceries are the transaction was for just over £61
