Hi, am gemmer from france, today I received a letter from international award payment center stated that I won 11,000€ euros but asking me 15€. With this statement I doubt it was a scam how do I know I never join any raffle. Wow! A huge amount! What I did immediately is to search the name from the Net obviously works of scammers and opportunist. Beware! When you receive such kind of letters immediately search the Net. Make no mistakes! Prevention is better than cure!
