I didn't purchase anything on Nov 18th, but the account history says that you took out my money without my consent. This is very irritating. Give me a refund.

Just saw this charge on my credit card bill. I have no idea who you are or how you got my card. This appears to be an identity theft issue. Please look into this immediatly and who you sent what product.

I made a purchase on 4 October 2012 and finally received it 26 October 2012. My invoice and order history states my credit card would be charged $91.03, however I have been billed $101.15.
There is also an issue in being refunded for the magazine subscriptions. I sent my refund form in on time, but have yet to receive that either.
I've emailed on 31 October, 8 November, and 14 November with no response.

I cancelled my membership last month and was told I would not be automatically billed through my credit card. If I did owe the company money, I would call into the customer service center personally with my choosing of payment. Please do not pay this transaction. Thank you.

On 2/8/13 I was charged $50.00 from IBI*dermstore.com. I have never heard of nor visited this site. This charge is completely unauthorized and I'm greatly disturbed at how they got my information.

On 1/30/2013 I was charged $44.00 and then $54.00 on my credit card for no authorized reason. The charge showed as IBI*DERMSTORE.Com with the added information (phone and state, I assume) of 800-2133376 CA. Your "Date of Purchase" is a required field, but I never actually purchased anything from this company. They just charged me without my purchasing anything. I am putting the date they charged me.

On February 14, 2013, I received a charge on my credit card for 54.00 from IBI*Dermstore. I never purchased anything from this merchange and want the charge removed from my account

Today, I learned that $82 was a pending charge to IBI Dermstore and I have never heard of this company nor did I make the transaction. This is a fraudulent charge and I have sense canceled my debit card and reported it to my bank.

I was also charged $47.96 back on 1/4/13 posted to my account on 1/7/13. I did not authorize this charge, I have a feeling that my debit card information was stolen when I went to a gas station headed down 5 to LA. I called my bank to dispute this charge, but this merchant has not responded to my bank-Chase. It is a shame that this company is allowing someone else to use other people's account information, you should definitely place a better identity check for people who make purchases. I also called this store and the customer service rep told me they could not locate my name or transaction amount, and was not able to look up information pertaining to my debit card.-definitely sketchy. I hope this does get resolved as soon as possible.

This Charge appeared on my account. I have never heard of this company and i surly didn't charge anything from you. I'm in contact with my bank. I was out shopping and have a time stamp on a recipt at a local store the same time this purchased was made!!
