I was charged $15.99 for a stay in Florence, Oregon for one night, May 9-10, 2024. We have had to cancel our trip and the hotel has refunded us. How do I get the remaining $15.99 refunded from you? Thank you.

I booked a hotel over the phone through a travel company for Travellodge in Ft. Myers Fl on 3/27/2024. The total hotel fee was $177.10. The hotel actually only charged $161.11, and a separate $15.99 was charged from hotelbookingservfee. Charge is valid.

I got charged on my cc ending in 0892 on 1/18 for $15.99. The description says HOTELBOOKINGSERVFEE 8013411752 UT Arr: 01/1//2024 Dep: 01/18/2024 Inv: 0039373423 We stayed at a Hampton Inn but booked it on the site.

Just got a statement with a $15.99 fee from these people for travel on dates that I was at home. It's a pure scam.
