I have come to determine this is all the same company. They keep changing their name, bottle labels, and advertisements, but it's all the same. I ordered a one-time month's supply of Optimal Keto ACV. Didn't work. Called within the 30-day window, and was only refunded half of my $119.49 ($59.74). They'd already sent me another monthly supply (supposedly two bottles), and when I said I wanted that and all future shipments canceled, they said to call back once it arrived and they'd give me instructions on how to return. The package showed up with ONE bottle, not two, and what appeared to be a tampered package (looked like the original seal was ripped open, a bottle was taken out, and re-taped shut). I know this was staged so that when I decided to return it, they would say I opened it and wouldn't get my money back. So I opened it, put in a bottle from the first order I hadn't opened, and resealed it. I documented everything with a video. I got my RMA# to return, then put a label over the sealed end and took a pix of it at the PO to document there were TWO bottles being returned, and when I relinquished it at the PO, took a pix to show the label had not been ripped or tampered with. That better work! The credit I received was from "Super Slim Keto 1 Sandusky, OH". But what I ordered was Optimal Keto+ACV. The info I received in my confirmation email for the first order was: +1 (877) 202-3036 [email protected] Trying to go to www.optimalketoacv.com (the root of the email), just goes to a customer care page with no other options of contacting them other than this email and phone #. I've contacted my Visa card to say any future charges from this company is not authorized and I am expecting a $119.49 charge to return. I've disputed that charge. I'm interested in being part of the class action lawsuit that is being formed by Jack C. Crofoot Jr. (from Dec, 15, 2022 below), if anything ever comes of that! I don't know why the authorities in Sandusky, OH can't do a sting and find these creeps!

I am on the phone with them now. I tried the gummies for one month, and this month they took 119.43 out of my bank account. I called them and was informed that they were "sorry I didn't realize this would be a monthly subscription/deduction." I told her that I wanted a refund and she offered me 40.00, then 50.00, to keep the product. I finally demanded to speak with a supervisor. She assured me that when I send the product back I will get my refund, but she said it could take 2-3 weeks, and even then I might have to call to make sure they return my money. The charge on mine reads "Relief1 AQ7 Sandusky OH 12345." What other victims of this scam write of is like what I experienced also. At first I thought an identity thief using my card number had made these charges, and then I thought about a purchase which I remember making on a seemingly legitimate website, but either way the result is bad.

Charged first month I authorized it. Second month was charged again, called in told them I cancelled it right after I was charged the first month. Told me to send them back to get my money back. Two months later still haven’t received a refund.

OMG i did not think this is scambecause i received the package the first time and no i was charged agai and did nit received any package and also i did not order. I placed an order for 3 bottles, $30 each and was charged $159.85 for 4 consecutive months. I tried to stop the charge at the bank, but they said it would still make it to my account if I changed cards. I took the chance because there was a money back guarantee, except when you open the package there is not one piece of information in it on how to return it. I had gotten the Keto Blast Gummies. I figured what could 1 month for $90 hurt if it worked! I do not have $159.85 to throw down the drain every month! Then I look up this company to find all of these other people with the same issue. The name on my bank statement is Health 1 LD19 Sandusky, Ohio.

Yes ma'am, I was scammed too. Their site says buy one bottle and get 4 bottles free, only $30 or so.. Not sure exactly. I was charged $259.44 on November 9, 2022. I would never, in a million years, pay $259 for any online weight loss product.. I wouldn't pay $50 for any online weight loss product.. I have been charged again for 199.47 on December 14, 2022, I just spoke with a customer service representative and he said that I did not read the disclaimer. That the cost was $$$ per bottle, and that we have 30 days to cancel the subscription, and return the product. I argued that I never subscribed, and that they were false advertising because their site also says that if the product does not work they would refund the money. Again, he said that we have 30 days to return the product. I told him that if they send a 5 month supply, why would we only have 30 days to return it? I continued to argue their scamming efforts, and he finally agreed to refund only half of the first charge, returning only $129.72 to my debit card. And he said that the new shipment will be arriving on Monday, and gave me return instructions for that. Once they receive the gummies that do not work, he will refund the $199.47 back to my account. Jack azzes. I am so pissed. He gave me the authorization number for canceling the subscription that I never subscribed to. Jack azzes.

The number I called for these jack azzes is 8339122040. Let's see if they do what they promised: Return half of the first charges from last month, which will be $127.72 back to my debit card, and refund the second charge of $199.47 once I return their non-working gummies. I am so pissed.

How do I get them to stop charging my account. I have my post office “return to sender” on the package. This started when my bank account was hacked into. I never authorized any transactions for any kid of supplements or pills or gummies. Please help.

I also ordered 1product; but was billed $258.77 for multiple orders. My bank can't do anything till AFTER the charge has cleared. PLUS they aren't sure who "Health1RD09 is, so they may not be able to do anything. I can't find an operable "customer support" number either.

Somehow, I ended up getting a monthly subscription for it for the last 8 months and this is bullshit. It doesn't even work. I would like to be reimbursed for all my money that has been taken from me. I was charged $198.78 for a second shipment of Keto Blast that I never ordered. I’ve reported it to my credit card. The bank representative said that they have had calls about this business for this amount for several weeks. As I was on hold, I found this site here…..obviously I’m not the only one. I did place the order the first time, but I specifically said that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE any future shipments or charges. I hate when companies do this. Such a waste of time and unnecessary frustration.

the same thing has just happened to me, I ordered a product 2 months ago, they withdraw double the amount of money, I received products I never ordered, tried to get some response, nothing but a bull shit email, now today they have taken over $300 out of my bank account, and no I did not authorize any future shipments of products etc as I was not happy with the first, how can people do this to other people, this so called company is called GOLD COAST KETO, I am so saddened by dishonest people :(

Unreal! I finally was able to speak to someone regarding my account being charged $199.47 in September and again today. I did NOT order this product nor did my husband. We are the only 2 people who live here. My Dobermans are pretty smart, but I doubt that they placed an order for Keto Gummies. I digress....as soon as I noticed the first charge, I looked up Keto Flow online, as this was the name of the company listed on the transaction. Of course, the number was out of service. Now today, I get charged for the exact same amount as I did in September, and the name of the company listed on the transaction is Health 1. My bank provided me with a phone number of 888-324-4004, and again, out of service. It wasn't until I came here and found a working phone number, 833-912-2040. I cancelled the service, asked all kinds of questions, talked to a gentleman named George, and his extension is 627 if anyone needs to get in touch with a human. He assured me that I will be receiving a cancellation letter via email within 24-28 hours. If I don't I will be calling the police. I am now out $400, haven't received any gummies, and have certainly NOT gotten skinnier. But at least I can try to help someone else who has been violated by this company.

thank you for posting the phone number: 833-912-2040. I called this number- I 'supposedly was able to cancel future orders. I did receive the gummies last month, they do not work. I received a no reply email today saying a new order was in process. If it does get processed, I will protest the order and if I receive the new product, I will attempt to return it.

I was also charged from Sandusky OH after I already disputed an overcharge from the same location. I use a credit union and the charge will be removed once it posts to my account. That is the normal way most banks and credit unions operate because as long as the transaction is only pending and it has not been posted the "bank" will not look at that as a completed transaction. Once posted then it becomes "real" and it can be disputed or charged as a fraudulent transaction. So be patient and work with your bank to make sure your money stays in your account. Follow through with your banks instructions. Return any merchandise that your received but did not order but make a copy of the mailing label and its tracking numbers to submit to your bank for proof of return. Keep your receipts for anything from this company. It apparently, in my opinion, operates using "small print" or "checkmarks " in the original order that you can't obviously see that sign you up for a subscription or the like. We all need to be more careful with online orders from companies we generally don't do business with on a regular basis. I am generally very sinical about online ordering and try to be very very careful but I got caught by this outfit too! So don't be hard on yourself, just protect your money!!! I have two numbers you can try to call; 1-877-955-5575 or 1-833-912-2040. Good luck.

I am having the same problem. I ordered them and got my shipment in August. I then automatically received 2 more, one in September and one thus month. I called the number that was on the bag and spoke to someone today that said my "subscription", which I never agreed to, would be cancelled and I would receive no more packages or be charged anymore. The woman gave me a confirmation number and said I would receive an email regarding my cancellation and haven't received it yet. I called 1-877-955-5575. Try that number if you're having trouble reaching someone. It remains to be seen if they actually will do what I asked but am hoping I no longer have to deal with this company.

I requested that these are unauthorized charges and a dispute has been requested to my credit card company. I have emailed and sent letters since September, one of my letters I sent was returned(the one to PO Box. This practice has got to end.

My mother has been charged twice. $198.78 on 09/30/22 & $258.77 on 08/28/22. To my knowledge Both were unauthorized. Just got off the phone with one of their customer service reps. She refused to give a full refund but offered to deposit $50 back to her checking account. The rep. did cancel her account & she promised no more deliveries will take place. Next call will be to her bank to see if they can help in some way. Thanks.
