It appears I too have fallen into their scheme I also used a plant app.But I did not sign up for a trial. I was using the basic free version. No way would I agree to $42.39 a month or every 3 months whatever the duration is. I'm completely sick of subscriptions I'm subscriptioned out. So when there's free versions of that type of app and also free websites that do the same thing I would not pay a dollar for the service let alone over $40.

I remember looking for a plant identifier app. I found this app, took a picture and that was that. I had no intention of purchasing the app. I am not a gardener and retired and have already uninstalled this app as I have no need for it. Please initiate a refund. I've already request ed refund on the Google Playstore "Help". I just noticed the charge today 9/2/23 b/c I saw it on my 9/1/23 bank statement. I truly did not know there was fee for this app.

GOOGLE*GLORITY GLOBAL 650-253-0000 CA $42.39 I have done some research and found that I did agree to "Plant Parent" a plant ID application. But it was for $29.95 and tax. Just a little math. $42.39-29.95=$12.44. That's an outrageous amount of tax and I wish to have the transaction totally refunded.

have a charge of $21.39 on my charge card from your company and I have no idea what it is for. I will be closing this acoount and disputing the charge if I do not hear from your company. My card was charged was Discover. How did you get my card number in the first place???

I am unable to stop payment for glority even though I uninstalled it. It is not a subscription so it seems there is no other way
