I purchased a service totalling £1.49 on 10th July. A further 7 UNAUTHORIZED payments were taken on the same day totalling £95.43. Absolutely disgusting practise and fraud. I have lodged an investigation with my bank to trace the company. This is theft. I want the money returned to my bank immediately.

2 Unauthorized transactions.: 8,99eu. as: GOOGLE *Gameloft Inc GOOGLE.COM/CH GBR Also in my googlewallet there is no record of any transaction. Trying to contact gameloft for a refund.

I found 20 unauthorized transactions from Google Gameloft totalling 194.00..I only had $5 in my account currently which means 20 overdraft fees!!!!!!!!Thanks this is FRAUDULENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On the 17th Dec. 2013 I had 2 amounts 1 for $109.99 and 1 for $51.99 for games we did not order. I am asking that this money be refunded. I hope we get our money back.

i have $700 of content in a 3 week period from this gameloft google site. My app purchases are switched off. This is fraudulent.

Gameloft makes "Free" apps and games that charge your card through Google Play and iTunes. It's might be fraudulent.

Today's date is July 13. I just reviewed my checking account activities with bank of america. I am very shocked and so upset to see about 21`charges from July 8 to yesterday's date on that particular account totaling of $111.92 since July 8. I have no idea what is going on. Please refund the charges and stop charging anything. It is very misleading, deceiving and unfair the ways you're doing your business. My bank is closed now but i will make the claims as soon as possible. I will continue to speak with someone with the authority on your side to resolve this situation and report this to all parties involved. Please cancel whatsoever service. There has been no resolution to this fraud. I have contacted an attorney and there may be a class action lawsuit filed. Billguard has not resolved any of the complaints. Maybe they should be listed as well.

My 8 year old son has run up a bill on gogglegamloft of £312 on wonder zoo I have not authorised this and now I have -£7 in my bank account which I have been charged £15 and also do not have any money left in my bank account for my direct debit to go out so will have a further two chargers to go on this I would. Be grateful if you could help me resolve this problem the transactions were on the 31st march and 1st april my son thought the money would be taken from his money amount on wonder zoo and not the real world my bank account I would like to take my credit details off his nexus 7 but do not no how to do this please could you help me

I had the same thing happen to me!!! My card was charged $99.99 from Google Gameloft. I have never purchased anything from that company. After searching the internet I was able to find a contract number (that I added above). Although they very helpful, my bank was able to refund my the unauthorized charge. I wish you all the best of luck!!

Between Jan, 5 to 6 I have received in my email receipts of 16 purchase orders + 14 canceled orders from GPlay/Gameloft.
Two of them has supposed a real charge to my credit card (2*116 > 232USD).
I haven't discharg these apps, and I haven't authorised these charges.

Brought a smart phone in Nov2012 and loaded much to the delight of my son Asphalt7 for 69p. A few days later I noticed that he managed to get quite a few premium cars with very little game play. He told me there was an option to 'buy' which he went for ....he's only 7 was was unaware of the potential implications. I immediately checked my account to see what the damage was and at the time only saw a Gameloft 50 cash pack deduction for £1.49. I breathed a sigh of relief and after some online research was able to fine a way of securing my google wallet so that deductions of this type should no longer be posible without password verification. Today, out of curiosity I had a look at my google wallet transactions online (first time) and notice a charge of £34.99 deducted again by Gameloft '1-875 cash pack' The date of the transaction the same as the transaction for the lesser amount of 69p. This charge for whatever it was is appalling. In the realm of smartphone apps and games I can accept cost of a few pence and even up to £5.00 in the more extreem cases but £35??? If I am to have any trust in Gameloft or Android apps in general then I request that this amount be refunded.

Why has this been taken?
I wont a full refund of this money back into my account, i have contacted my banks fraud squad and it is being investigated.
