Buenas, se me ha cargado en mi tarjeta de crédito un importe de 13,99€, a nombre de Google EAmobile. Hemos descargado los sims, versión GRATUITA, en un móvil en el cuál se utilizó mi tarjeta para renovar whatsapp y sin pedirme confirmación se me realizó el cargo. Por favor, devuélvanme dicho importe , ya que no corresponde.

Buon giorno sulla mia carta compaiono delle transazione mai fatte de ma in centesimi al punto di ridurmi il conto a 0.65 centesimi, e no capisco per che cosa me fanno questi addebiti, sullo estratto conto dice: GOOGLE.COM/CH GBR, GOOGLE TENCENT BELGRAVE HOUSE, se qualcuno può spiegarmi cosa succede in modo di bloccare tutti questi addebiti, solo nel giorno 18 marzo sono estate fatte 7 transazioni, per favore aiutatemi a risolvere questo problema. I have been charged several times by google ea mobile..it adds to more than 146 EURO. I have not purchased anything from you apart from the a game card...my son used this game on his tablet maybe several times. Your company took my money without my permision.

Why have I repeatedly been charged on my credit card, charges totalling over £300 in a period of about 2 weeks? I have certainly not authorised any of these payments and I am disputing this with my card company!!

Why are covering their ass, why don't you help stop this syndicate. Cancel their account, there are so many reports of complain here. Why don't you call each account or bank? you don't believe us anyway so whats the point. How do we know that you are not in connivance with this rip off syndicate?

last month it was £189 worth of google ea mobile stuff but havent downloaded this this month £400,and more came out yesterday, what is going on , we are now overdrawn and have got bank charges and no money. Why is this google site ripping people of.someone help,I dont understand why this happening. i want my money back these people who do this are sick. i have direct debits due and no money left in my bank i am beyond angry. we all need to contact watchdog

despite numerous emails etc im still being charged from you.from the 8jan you have taken more than 200 pounds out of my account...I have not purchased anything from you apart from a game minecraft which was played maybe 2or 3 times then deleted,you have taken different amounts from my account over 30 times.i have not now or ever authorised these transactions.ive instructed my bank who through ther fraud dept gave me your number,but surprise no one ever answers,therefore my bank the tsb or dealing with this in there fraud dept,if I don't get a full refund then the bank and myself will have no option but to involve the police in this matter.i don't expect a reply as I read on the forums multiple people have this problem with you and send numerous emails but never a reply

I have been charged £13.99 five times and £9.07 three times, plus £17.95 and £1.99 on my debit card by Google *EA Mobile for games i have never downloaded. All these charges coming on the same day 05/012014. In total I have been hit with £120 fraud.How do I claim my money back from these cyber crooks?

I was charged about RM500 (USD150) for 7 days of subscribing google eamobile which I never know its existance before. The payment was deducted from my debit card..I never subscribed anything and if my children accidently click anything from your web..who gave you the authorisation to charge from my account..I already complaint to the bank and they are investigating this fraud, Please don't simply take money without the authorisation
