Have a charge for $19.95 on my card. Never heard of the company; don't know who they are. You contact the company and get a chat bot that asks a series of questions. Supposedly, someone will contact you at a later time. SCAM!
Please CANCEL whatever service this is as it is not authorized and REFUND immediately. My bank will contacting you, and I'm lodging a complaint with the FTC

I have a charge of $19.99 on my debit monthly and have no idea what it is. I went back and did a search on my account. They have been taking out as I know of since August of 2022. I have no record of this in my emails either.

When I purchased PC TuneUp Pro I didnt realize there was a monthly charge. I thought it was a one time fee. My computer hard drive has failed and I do not need that service anymore. The computer has been taken out of service and destroyed. I wish to cancel the service
Like others, I have seen $19.99 and and also $18.99 charges to my credit card. Isn't there a government department that handles multiple evidences of credit card debt? If there is, how much longer will it take that department to get their collective glutei maximi in the saddle? Or maybe they don't have a saddle or a glutemus maximus (gluteus is the major muscle in the human rum..know whatta mean, folks?!

I have charges from this website for $21.24 at least 5 times. When I type in the website name I'm taken to a screen that wants my email so they can send an email for me to log into the sight. I never got an email. I want to know how to get my money back.
