I called this number at some time looking for help with my computer, they told me some stupid thing because it did not help me. Now they have been going into my account and taking $19.99 every month. If the suggestion had worked that would be different, but you cannot continue to take my money for a service rendered only once. This is called THEFT.

I have a charge of $32.19 each month for more months than I can remember. Would you please cancel this whatever it is as I am not interested. I don't remember signing up for anything like that. Please cancel or I am going to have to cancel my credit card.

I have been charged $19.99 per month since July 2022. I do not recall requesting this service and do not know what it is. I have tried to contact the company but without any satisfaction in resolving the problem. I am hoping this will do the trick and have this charge stopped.

I fell for this scheme early september when my computer went haywire! I depend on it for my only tv, e-mails, and contact with the outside world! I am retired on a fixed income so my money is tight. the program I purchased did nothing to solve my computer! after a visit to the shop, the technician removed a hedgehag virus, and now I am back to normal! I called the company and cancelled, got a # to end it all! next month oct. $19.99 charged to my acc. called and talked to a manager, she told me, refund was in the mail ! november quess what! $19.99 stolen from my acc. called co again, same crap! called bank, stop-stop please! early dec. $19.99 stolen from my acc. helphelphelphelphelphelp!!

I have an unauthorized charge from FS *PCTP.NET 877 for 19.99 on my credit card account. When I call they direct me to a site that does not exist. This is a scam to take peoples money.

Two charges of $30.50 have shown up on my account, on the same day, from this company but I do not know "why" of "how".

I noticed the first charge 07/31/22 for $21.64 but didn't think a lot about it since I was buying several things that month but when it showed up again 09/01/22 for the same amount and then again this month on my credit card statement 10/01/22 all three for $21.64. I called the (877) 327-8914 that was listed with each charge but it was worthless only repeating the same phrase over and over if we saw an unknown charge that we should go to FSPRG which eventually sent me fastspring .com where they say they are only a billing company and that we should go to the company website where we have the subscription and cancel there. Obvious Problem: we have no idea but I found a form and filled it out putting in their website address and zeros for the order number.
