I was charged on my visa card on 5/29 and 6/2 each for $32.49. I have no record of ever making these charges. Please explain.

Chase Card Services has cancelled my credit card number and is issuing me a new one because of this and one other transaction which appeared in September on a card which we use ONLY for on-line ordering. They consider both of them to be fraud. I remember trying to order a free subscription to Fox Nation at some point last year, but the order did not appear to go through, and I never had access to it. Is this somehow a charge for a further year of service? If so, be aware that, never having received the first, I am not interested. (And Chase will be doing whatever it does to follow up on what they consider fraud.) Joseph E. Dion

Case #00981661- $ 34.59. I am being charged for something from Fox that I am not familiar with. Can you verify what it was and when it was sent to me. I thought it was for Fox News, but they don't have me listed at all. If it can't be verified please cancel debt from Discover.
