This just happened to us. We had 2 unauthorized charges on our Chase Visa card from Express #2401 on 5/11/2023 for 242.74 and $ 5/13/2023 for $151. we've reported the charges to Chase. They said they've gotten a few claims for Express #2401. I'm surprised they're not doing anything about it. Unlike American Express, we've received a fraud alert about the $151 charge that same day they immediately declined the charge.
