I have been billed twice on my account for the same purchase of app "Lose It". The first charge to my account was on 4/4/2019 and you billed me again today 4/19/2019 for the same amount of $29.99. Please credit my account ASAP. This is an outrage and signals your companies "unscruple" behavior in your dealings. Ms. Sybil Williams
