Cruise Reservations KTC had a website similar to RC'S website. I called to add WIFI service and calling. They charged me $149.82 on AMEX card, then went into my cruise account and added it to my cruise thru RC at $111.63. They took my cabin mo0ney to do this. When I found out I had RC lock my account and disputed with them as an unauthorized charge. They immediatly refunded the $111.63 but I am still fighting with AMEX over the charges. These people are SCAMMERS Please be careful. They told me they were with RC when I called.

I Googled a phone number for Celebrity Cruise Lines, and called a number, based on my search, that I thought was Celebrity Cruise Lines. The person that answered asked for my name, booking number, and I believe address and date of birth. They looked up my account (apparently fraudulently) and told me that I still needed to pay port and gratuity fees and that if I paid right then, that I would receive a 30% discount. Since I was confident that I had not already paid the gratuity fees, this seemed legitimate. They had me provide my credit card information and charged me $879.21. They even sent me a verification email, but then I noticed that it showed their company as Cruise Reservations KTC. I became suspicious, so I looked up Cruise Reservations KTC, and found a lot of online searches that indicated that this is a scam company that have done the same thing to many others. I then did another search for the Celebrity Cruise Line phone number, and this time, I was sure that I had called the correct number, but the recording indicated that Celebrity Cruise Lines was closed and to call back during normal business hours. I then became very nervous and called my credit card to stop the payment. They said that we needed to wait until after the charge posted. I called back the original number that I was charged from, and told them that I wanted to cancel whatever they charged me for. They questioned why I wanted a refund and said that they were just providing a service for the cruise line and that it is typical for it to show that the charge is from Cruise Reservations KTC, rather than Celebrity Cruise Lines. I told them that I didn't have confident that they were a legitimate company representing Celebrity Cruise Lines and that I wanted them to cancel the transaction immediately. A short time later, I was that the charge hit my account, so I submitted a dispute with my credit card company. As it stands right now, my account shows a charge and a possible reversal, but they are both pending at this time. This company definitely misled me (and many others) into believing they were part of the cruise Lines and I read that they have done this to many people from all different cruise lines. I called Celebrity Cruise Lines today, to verify that there wasn't any activity on my cruise account, and they stated that there was no activity, and that only myself or Costco (who I used as a travel agency) could pay fees, such as what this company claimed they were doing.

Cruise Reservations KTC puts up ads online and pays to have them at the top of your search results. They pretend to be whatever cruise line you tell them you are with. They charge you to "solve" your problems, and never reveal that they are a scam "travel agency" preying on people looking for customer service. Just a warning to be sure you have the right phone number and watch out for scams. Double check several times to be sure you have the right phone number.

I am writing to share my recent experience with Cruise Reservations KTC, which pretends to be Virgin Voyages. I was charged $410.18 for a change to my cruise date. After some investigation, I discovered that they are not associated with Virgin Voyages at all. Upon requesting a refund for this fee, I was threatened with the cancellation of my reservation with Virgin Cruises. This has been a highly distressing situation, and I felt compelled to contact my bank to request a refund. I urge everyone to be cautious of Cruise Reservations KTC, as their practices appear to be fraudulent. Please be aware of their deceptive tactics and consider this a warning to avoid any dealings with them.

Ali called me yesterday and said I would have a confirmation email that I will be refunded $589.45 that I should not have been charged by Jason, she said the email would come within two hours, I still have not received the email. I want my money that should not have been charged, at this point I feel it is fraud. I expect immediate action or I will continue on the next step
