I don't know who these people are, however, I never authorized them. This was a 1$ but have been trying to get 39.90 everyday. I contacted cash app the card they are trying to access the money and had to have cash app block this user. But I still want my dollar back
I got scammed by someone who was supposedly renting a condo. First, they wanted a TransUnion credit report. I did that and this was legit. Paid $29.95 though. Then, the next day they said they needed us to log in to this other account they provided a link to. It was this CheckFreeCo. It was supposedly for a $1 credit report that their apartment rental system has access to, to see our credit was indeed good. I questioned this and said we provided a TransUnion report yesterday. Anyway, it was THIS company CheckFreeCo where they were able to access my social security number as well as all my credit card numbers. I always said I would never be a victim of a scammer but guess what!!! The scammer was slick, convincing talking me into filling out this 2nd form (for CheckFreeCo). I don't know if it's someone that is working at this company or if their system is vulnerable and someone hacked in to it but stay away from them if you know this company is being used. I didn't even know the name of this company till after the fact.
I agreed to pay a 1 to check my credit score one time and ever since they are charging my account 39.90 very often and I need it to stop I need to cancel the account because this is ridiculous

I found two authorized transactions on my checking account my CHEEKFREECO. Both of these transactions were in the amount of $39.90. It is ready hard to get my bank to stop paying them as I have reported it to them.
These people have been trying to get money from me since Feb 21
.I don't know what this company is or why they keep trying to get money from me... what do I do
I have a transaction of 39.90 on my car without authorization of me to them I'm having to freeze my account due to these problem I don't even know where to get in contact with them at this point because I can't seem to find a chat portal or email to some type of customer support if anybody can give that to me I would appreciate it I'm working on getting stuff reversed
This company has pulled 39.90 out of my account for two months now and I disputed this transaction with my bank as I did not authorize any business with them or approve of them charging me a monthly bill
